We can also supply bakery, eggs, milk, apple juice, wine, meat and
wholefoods with your veggie box. All products
are organic and registered with the Soil Association.

Meat
Fabienne & Simon Peckham have been farming
at Galileo Farm (formerly Manor Fields Farm) just off the Fosse
Way in South Warwickshire for nine years and have recently attained
Soil Association accreditation after a conversion period of
two years. All their animals are reared in a system where welfare
standards are of prime importance - indeed the Soil Association’s
standards are the highest there are. All animals and birds can
range freely in outside fields, lead as natural life as possible,
and are fed only natural feeds (the Soil Association bans all
genetically modified inputs).
Pork is from rare breed Berkshire and Gloucester Old Spot pigs,
sheep are Texel and Border Leicester and cattle Jersey and Hereford.
Simon and Fabienne choose hardy breeds that are especially suited
to organic production, and which are allowed to mature slowly.
Slaughter is either on-farm or at a nearby butcher to keep journey
times to a minimum.
If you come to collect from here you can order
any week you wish. Otherwise we will be delivering meat boxes
in a weekly rotation, to cover all our deliveries once a month.
The meat will come vacuum packed and ready for the freezer,
but we need to be sure that we have a safe place to leave it
when we deliver, so if you are not usually at home when we call,
please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements. The
meat will come direct from the farm to you. See individual items
